Sherry L. (Scott) Albury, Town Clerk
Sherry L. Albury has been Town Clerk since 2002. Though raised by her parents, Homer and Helen Scott, in the Florida Panhandle, she has lived in Mangonia Park for most of her adult life. She is the mother of two sons and one daughter and now has four grandchildren (three residing in Mangonia Park). In every town the Town Clerk is the official record keeper of the town. All town records large and small go through Sherry’s office. Being a public servant means just that (serving the public) and Sherry indicates that she is eternally grateful for her position. “As the Town Clerk, my loyalty is ALWAYS TO MY TOWN – and to THE RESIDENTS AND THE BUSINESSES THAT MAKE UP THIS WONDERFUL PLACE I GET TO CALL “WORK”. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of team!” Sherry has a great love for people and for cooking and is always thinking “outside the box,” and doing whatever is needed to move the town forward. She has also taken on the added responsibility of representing District 7 on the Palm Beach County Library Advisory Board. Sherry thoroughly enjoys spending time with her large family of siblings, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
